This is my 1989 9C1.  I bought her in VaBeach VA when I was stationed there.  She was an unmarked unit for the Va Beach Police Department.  This pic was right after the purchase.

She is currently undergoing a rebuild of the stock 5.7 liter 350 engine.

It's alive!  Everything is back in the car and it has started, and been tuned and adjusted.  It sounds so good with headers.  I will have pictures posted asap.  After a new exhaust it will be roadworthy once more.

The paint is a dark metallic grey, with metal fleck in the paint.  Here she is all waxed up last summer.  Looks nice, huh?  I love the raked look on a boxy caprice.  Like it's moving in Park.

Here are the wheels and tires.  The wheels are American Racing 15x8" aluminum.  They are wrapped with Kelly Charger 275/60-15 rears and 255/60-15 on the fronts.  Bought at the
